WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship orders to customers all over the world. Such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and Japan.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
In the United States and Canada we ship orders from local warehouse. We offer standard UPS Ground or USPS shipping for all items. Carrier will be determined by the ship-to location. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product detail page. Time in transit is estimated and determined by the carrier. Approximate time in transit is 3-11 days.
For orders from other countries, please contact us here for the latest shipping information. We usually ship the cords from China warehouse.

WHAT CARRIER WILL BE USED TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most small items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. Full spools of rope and larger items cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

TRACKING MY ORDER
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details, and a tracking number. In order to expedite the shipping and fulfillment process we use fulfillment warehouses all over the United States. Please be aware that in most circumstances your order may ship in multiple shipments and arrive to you from different warehouses.
